Fantastico is here! Fantastico is a great service that allows you to automatically install a number of "Fantastic" scripts. Once you login to your account, look for the blue smiley face icon near the bottom of your cPanel hosting interface. With this you can install top name scripts with one click. No knowledge of HTML or server side programming is needed. We have implemented Fantastico to ensure you get the most from your hosting account.
Phone Support:
VizaWeb now offers phone support. To kick off this new program, we have opened a brand new toll free sales number, 1-877-VizaWeb (849-2932). We also have a new support phone number: 651-204-3910, and fax number: 651-204-3914.
Server Upgrades:
We are proud to announce the addition of a new line of servers to our network. These new servers harness the very latest in processing power and throughput. All new Pro and Corporate accounts will be activated on these servers.

This new feature will help you keep your accounts organized, up to date, and running smoothly. This area will also give you access to privileged news and upcoming events that may improve your account.
Advanced Squirrel Mail:
Squirrel Mail is a popular web based mail program we have made available to our customers. Soon we will be offering access to an advanced version of this program. Just some of the advanced features are: built in local weather forecasting and radar images, a fetch mail program to automatically retrieve e-mails from POP3 accounts, spell check, automatic draft saves, and foreign language e-mail translation. More details will be coming soon.

Customer satisfaction is priority #1. Incremental backups of every client's data occur each night at approximately 1:00 AM CST. Not only does this keep your data safe, but it also allows us to provide you with a means to restore your data. If you need your account rolled back 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month, submit a ticket from within your customer account area.
